Data Deletion — Saathi

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Saathi at any time. This page explains what data we hold and how to request its removal.

What Data We Will Delete

Your account (name, email, password)
Your profile information (photo, bio, interests, city)
Your KYC information (government ID details, if submitted)
Your bank account details (if saved for payouts)
Your booking history
Your chat messages
Your wallet transaction history
Your community and activity memberships

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. financial records) or to resolve disputes. This data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose.

How to Request Deletion

Email us from the address registered to your Saathi account.

Include your account details

In the email, include your full name and the email address associated with your account so we can identify you.

"Saathi Account Deletion Request"

Wait for confirmation

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
